Ebook Password Terms and Distribution

The 'Diagnostic Assistance' Ebook is protected by a password. The password will be specific to the computer that the Ebook is run on. For example if you have both a laptop and a desktop then you will need two passwords. As this is a common scenario two passwords will be issued per sale.

Should you require a new password because your computer has been replaced or reformatted then this will be issued free of charge on a discretional basis. You will need to have proof of purchase and it is recommended you retain your sales / order reference numbers.

The password can only be allocated once the user has run the Ebook on the computer they wish to use it on. The random password number is then generated [further information]. Instructions for retrieving the password required are issued with the sales invoice of the Ebook. If the Ebook was ordered through Auto-Solve's website and the version is either 4.1 or 5.1 then the automatic retrieval service can be used [automatic passcodes].

Once the user has the correct password all pages of the Ebook will be unlocked, please note that the passwords are case sensitive.

If you purchased the Ebook from an alternative supply please contact them for passwords; Auto-Solve will not have any records of this sale transaction and therefore will not be able to issue any password codes.

Schools, Colleges and Technical Training establishments

The 'Diagnostic Assistance' E-book is an excellent aid for teaching and training. The E-book will not run from a network drive unlocked by one password. If the E-book is dragged and dropped from the CD into the network hard drive once opened on individual computers they will each require their own password. Requests for multiple user setups should be made by email or FAX prior to purchasing the E-book.
