How do I know what password code I need?

Please ensure you have registered your serial number before trying to retrieve a password. If you haven't done this yet please follow this link.

The ebook is protected by a 1,000 different passwords. To find out which code you require please follow these instructions.
1. Click on the yellow toolbar 'key icon' (as illustrated to the right) within the ebook to see what code is randomly generated. This operation can only be performed once you have your CD and have run it on your computer. If you try to use the ebook before unlocking it you will be diverted to an error page. There is no way of Auto-Solve knowing which password code you will require.

2. Once the 'key icon' is clicked then this pop-up message box will appear.
In this example code 786 is required to unlock the ebook (this is only an example!).

3. Once you know which password code is required for your PC this can be entered in the password code box on the passcode retrieval web page:-

4. Obtain your unique password and then copy and paste this in to the pop-up message box.

5. The key icon will turn gray and the Ebook will now be unlocked.
